I went with my Mom on a Saturday afternoon, and we had an unforgettable experience. Liz was the associate who helped us find the perfect wedding dress. Just as valuable, she gave us ideas for the wedding reception: my Mom still has the veil that my grandmother wore, and we were considering using it instead of buying one. However, it is not as bright of a white as it once was, and we didn't think it would look right with a brand new dress. Liz suggested that instead of wearing the veil, we should think about incorporating it into the reception, perhaps as a decoration on the cake table. "I visited your store to look for bridesmaid dresses this past Saturday. I am still decided between two dresses, so I have not chosen one yet, but I did leave a review of your store on the chat rooms of theknot.com.  I know that vendors aren't really suppose to go and read the posts, so I attached what I wrote below for your reading pleasure: 

Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone still looking for a dress or for bridal party dresses. A new bridal store opened this weekend in Covington called Fabulous Bridal. It is a very cute store, with the nicest atmosphere I have had the pleasure of experiencing. I got to the store a few minutes before it actually opened on Saturday, and the girls let my mother, sister and I in a few minutes before the store officially opened at 10 that day. All the girls working there were very friendly, and when I explained that I already had a dress, but was just looking for bridesmaid dresses, they were still as helpful as ever. Julie was assigned to me, and took and my family over to the bridesmaid section and had great suggestions for a few dresses to try on. The store carries a few brands that are not carried at any other store in the greater Cincinnati area such as Thread for bridesmaids. The prices are also slightly less expensive then some of the same dresses that I saw that day at other stores. The dressing rooms upstairs are private, and there are great big comfy couches to sit on outside of the dressing rooms. When my family and I went upstairs to start trying the bridesmaid dresses on, I found one on the mannequin in the window that I also wanted to have my sister try on, when I suggested it, Julie didn't even flinch, but ran back downstairs to see if she had another sample of the dress or if she could get someone to help her take the dress off the mannequin. When my sister was trying some dresses on, one of the other ladies came and brought some shoes for my sister to try on with the dresses. Julie also brought all the color swatch booklets without me even asking what colors each dress came in. After, my sister finished trying on the dresses, and I found one that I was pretty sure that I liked, I explained that since this was my first store that day, and I still wanted to look at some more stores. I asked if it would be a problem to start a file for me and measure my sister because she is from out of town. Julie said that was not a problem at all and there was absolutely no charge.

So, in conclusion, if you want to go to a brand new store with excellent customer service, cheaper prices then a few of the competitors, and a few brands that are not sold anywhere else in this area, then I would recommend this store. The address is 601 Madison, Covington, KY 41011; phone is 859-291-9222 and it is open everyday except Tuesdays and open late on Wednesday and Thursday. Ask for Julie too, she's a doll!!"
